I just wanted to buy beer. I had ID, money, and beer. They wanted the ID of my friend who just came in with me. Gestapo-passive aggressive policies do not trump the individual constitutional rights of the citizens. Poor poor company called TOPS! Tops is now the bottom. Professional response from mgmt and police should be noted. No escalation here. However don't go to the store TOPS unless your willing to be a sheep.
