This is a very tough exercise. Stand on a BOSU, and go into a squat position while standing on one leg. Try to maintain good form/technique. Return to the start position. Attach a LASER-pen to your head using a support (a cycle helmet works quite well). Start with your neck in 45 degrees of rotation. Mark a spot on the wall, and close your eyes.
